01

Valuation Opportunity Profile (VOP)

Your baseline Enterprise Value, built using the same framework buyers and investors rely on, clearly showing what is driving your company's value today and what may be limiting its full potential.

Guided by in-house Certified Value Growth Advisors (CVGAs), the VOP is not a simple discounted cash flow estimate. It is a structured self-assessment of your business across eight functional categories: Planning, Leadership, Sales, Marketing, People, Operations, Finance, and Legal.

Each category is scored against the standards of a high-performing company, producing a Quality Score that measures organizational development, a Risk Score that reflects how a lender, investor, or buyer would view your business today, and a risk-adjusted Intrinsic Enterprise Value built from your own historical and projected financials.

This is the same framework used by M&A advisors, exit planners, and private equity professionals when evaluating whether a company is worth acquiring and at what price. Guided by the CVGA, the VOP produces a defensible view of where the business stands today, what is constraining Enterprise Value, and what it will take to move forward. This is the foundation everything else builds on.

02

Three-Year Financial Forecast

A forward-looking income statement and balance sheet model used to support valuation, planning, and decision-making, helping leaders understand future performance and how it impacts Enterprise Value.

GLI builds a three-year projected income statement and balance sheet using reasonable growth metrics derived from your historical performance and industry benchmarks.

If the member already maintains a multi-year budget, GLI incorporates and stress-tests that plan against market assumptions. The forecast is not a static deliverable — it is a working model that evolves with your business.

The forecast feeds directly into the Intrinsic Value calculation and provides the financial backbone for strategic conversations with lenders, investors, and internal leadership. Updated as performance evolves.

03

Strategic Blueprint for Maximizing Enterprise Value

A prioritized, category-by-category action plan showing exactly where to focus, helping leaders strengthen performance and intentionally grow what their business is worth over time with clarity and confidence.

Produced directly from your Value Opportunity Profile, the Blueprint translates your Quality Score and Risk Score into a specific set of priorities organized across all eight functional categories.

Each recommendation is tied to a measurable impact on Enterprise Value, so leadership teams can see exactly what each improvement is worth in dollars. The Blueprint identifies what is holding value back, sequences improvements by impact and feasibility, and provides a clear execution path.

This is not a generic advisory document. It is built from your profile, your gaps, and the specific levers most likely to move your number. Updated as performance and market conditions change.

04

Data Integration and 360° Metrics

Key financial data pulled from your existing systems and unified into a single performance view.

GLI pulls key data from your accounting, ERP, payroll, HR, and sales systems and incorporates it into a 360-degree metrics environment.

Rather than replacing your existing tools, GLI sits above them, aligning your financials, KPIs, and operating activity into one source of truth. This ensures that every metric, every dashboard, and every valuation input reflects the same underlying data.

Setup is handled by the GLI team and connectivity is maintained throughout your membership.

05

Green Leaf Command Center

A live control panel showing your business performing, with visibility into key metrics, trends, and performance.

Revenue pacing, margin health, labor efficiency, cash flow, and backlog — unified in one live dashboard that updates automatically.

The Command Center shows how day-to-day execution is directly impacting your Enterprise Value, so leaders can stay focused on what matters, spot issues early, and align the organization around what actually drives long-term value.

Built for leadership teams, not accountants. Clear signal over noise.

06

Custom Stock Price

A personalized enterprise value metric expressed as a per-share price, starting at $100 for every member.

Each GLI member's Enterprise Value is translated into a custom stock price beginning at $100 on the day onboarding is complete. The number of shares is derived from your initial Intrinsic Enterprise Value, ensuring the math is real and the starting point is consistent across all participants regardless of company size. Members select their own three-letter ticker symbol.

As performance data flows in each month, the stock price moves based on GLI's 28-variable scoring model covering growth, labor economics, profitability, cash flow, capital efficiency, working capital, leverage, and earnings quality.

A member whose price moves from $100 to $118 has increased Enterprise Value by 18%, and that percentage is directly comparable to any other member's movement. The annual VOP reassessment formally recalibrates the baseline.

07

Green Leaf Index Access

Your position on the landscape industry's first private enterprise value index, showing how your company compares across the market.

The Green Leaf Index is an equal-weighted composite of all participating members' percentage movements from their respective baselines, creating a live, industry-wide benchmark that shows real monthly movement across the landscape sector.

Because every member starts at $100 and the Index weights percentage change equally, no single large company can distort the overall picture. Each member can see how their individual performance compares to the broader index, how the market is trending, and what is driving those changes.

The only view of its kind in the green industry.

08

Green Leaf Health Score

A proprietary monthly score indicating whether your enterprise value trajectory is improving or declining.

GLI calculates a proprietary Health Score each month using a 28-variable scoring model that spans growth, labor economics, profitability, cash flow, capital efficiency, working capital, leverage, and earnings quality.

Each variable is scored on a five-tier scale calibrated for $3M to $30M landscape businesses. The composite score provides an early-warning indicator of improvement or deterioration in valuation trajectory, giving leadership teams a clear, actionable signal well before it shows up in a formal reassessment.

The Health Score is the leading indicator that explains why the stock price moved.

09

Data Integrity Assurance

Ongoing checks to keep your data clean, aligned, and trustworthy, ensuring confidence in your insights.

GLI performs ongoing checks across your connected systems to identify variances, inconsistencies, and data gaps.

When issues are found, the GLI team works with you to resolve them — ensuring every decision, every report, and every Index position is based on clean, reliable inputs.

You cannot manage what you cannot trust.

10

Pre-Packaged Strategic Reports

Investor-grade reports ready for banks, lenders, buyers, and internal planning.

Structured, investor-grade documents presenting your Enterprise Value, performance trajectory, risk profile, and competitive position — in a format that capital providers and advisors immediately recognize.

Designed for high-stakes conversations with banks, lenders, potential buyers, and M&A advisors. Every number is traceable to its source. Every assumption is documented.

Available on demand throughout your membership.

11

Annual Value Reassessment

A full refresh of your Quality Score, Risk Score, and Intrinsic Value to measure year-over-year progress.

Each year, GLI conducts a full reassessment using the Value Opportunity Profile to update your Quality Score, Risk Score, and Intrinsic Enterprise Value.

This provides a formal, apples-to-apples comparison of where you started versus where you stand, validates that Blueprint initiatives are producing measurable value improvement, and recalibrates the next cycle of priorities.

The reassessment is the discipline that separates ongoing value creation from a one-time exercise.

12

Quarterly Market Update

GLI-led sessions translating Index data and market trends into clear strategic direction for leadership teams and long-term value growth.

Strategic conversations designed to sharpen thinking and inform decisions. Guest speakers are brought in on relevant topics, from capital markets to labor economics to transaction activity in the green industry.
