Independent. Objective. Built for Clarity.

Green Leaf Intelligence was built to be an independent source of truth for business owners.

We do not take commissions or push specific decisions. Our role is simple: unify your data, remove friction, and give you a clear, objective view of your Enterprise Value so you can make informed decisions on your own terms. We are committed to clarity above all else.

The mission is simple:
1. Turn data into discipline.
2. Turn discipline into Enterprise Value.
Why We Exist

Why We Exist

Green Leaf Intelligence was built in response to a structural problem in the landscape industry. As companies grow, clarity declines. Systems multiply. Data fragments. Decisions become reactive. And Enterprise Value becomes harder to see, measure, and manage.

At the same time, the industry is consolidating and capital is becoming more sophisticated. For most owners, their business represents the single largest component of their net worth, yet it is the least visible, least measured, and least understood asset they own. Without a clear view of Enterprise Value, it is impossible to know where you truly stand or what you are actually building.

We believe this happens because most owners are trained to think like operators, not investors. Green Leaf Intelligence helps leadership teams step back from day-to-day execution and understand their business the way the market does — as an asset whose value can be measured, compared, and intentionally grown.

The landscape industry has lacked a platform where performance is clear, priorities are obvious, and growth becomes intentional. That is what we built.

Our Team

Led by operators and financial professionals who have built, acquired, scaled, and sold real businesses.

Our leadership team brings experience from the field, the boardroom, and the capital markets, grounding the platform in how Enterprise Value is actually created and evaluated.

GLI is supported by a team of analysts and systems specialists who ensure the data behind the platform is accurate, reliable, and continuously updated. Together, we bring the discipline of finance and the reality of operations into one clear, actionable view for business owners.

The Discipline Behind the Platform

Built on Certified Value Growth Advisor Discipline.

Green Leaf Intelligence employs Certified Value Growth Advisors, holders of one of the most rigorous credentials in the business advisory profession. The CVGA certification, recognized by the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy, trains advisors to diagnose the quality and risk of a business across eight functional categories.

It is the same discipline used by M&A advisors, exit planners, and private equity professionals when evaluating whether a company is worth acquiring and at what price. We apply it so owners can see their own business the way the market sees it — before a buyer ever calls.

What the Assessment Produces
A comprehensive diagnosis — not a valuation estimate.
01

Quality Score

A measure of the strengths and structural integrity of your business, built from your own operational realities across all eight categories.

02

Risk Score

A clear read on the exposures and vulnerabilities that would concern a lender, investor, or buyer — quantified, not assumed.

03

Intrinsic Value

A risk-adjusted Enterprise Value anchored in the realities of your operations, not a formula applied from the outside.

+

The Blueprint.

A prioritized, category-by-category roadmap showing exactly where risk lives in your business, what it costs you in Enterprise Value, and the specific improvements that will close the gap.

The strength of this process is anchored in the rigor of the methodology and the depth of the financial analysis — built on the same framework lenders, investors, and buyers use to evaluate businesses every day. The CVGA calibrates the assessment to reflect not how the business appears, but how it would actually be evaluated today.

The result is a defensible view of where the business stands, what is constraining Enterprise Value, and what it will take to move forward. That is the foundation for everything GLI builds on your behalf.
