Why We Exist

Green Leaf Intelligence was built in response to a structural problem across service-based businesses. Growth is assumed to create value, but the two often diverge, and that gap stays invisible. What a business is actually worth, and what drives that number, goes unmeasured. GLI exists to make Enterprise Value visible, and to show owners exactly which decisions, day to day, drive it.

At the same time, these industries are consolidating and capital is becoming more sophisticated. For most owners, their business represents the single largest component of their net worth, yet it is the least visible, least measured, and least understood asset they own. Without a clear view of Enterprise Value, it is impossible to know where you truly stand or what you are actually building.

We believe this happens because most owners are trained to think like operators, not investors. Green Leaf Intelligence helps leadership teams step back from day-to-day execution and understand their business the way the market does — as an asset whose value can be measured, compared, and intentionally grown.

Will Seiler

Founder & Managing Partner

Will is the owner and CEO of Seiler’s Landscaping, a multi-division company approaching 50 years in business. He brings two decades of experience scaling operations, building leadership teams, and managing the drivers of Enterprise Value.

Since 2019, he has led the company remotely from Boulder, Colorado, focusing on building scalable systems, developing leaders, and maintaining financial clarity as the business grows. At Green Leaf Intelligence, Will leads the operator side of the platform, making sure the metrics reflect how value is actually built, and helping owners across the trades build healthier businesses and step away from them well.

Eric Gerdes

Founder & Managing Partner

Eric is a co-founder and Managing Partner of Endurium Advisors and brings deep expertise in Enterprise Value creation, financial strategy, and institutional analysis, with experience across private equity, corporate finance, and operational leadership at organizations including Ally Financial and Owens Corning.

As a Certified Value Growth Advisor (CVGA), he focuses on how businesses are evaluated in the market and how to strengthen value through financial structure, risk management, and disciplined execution over time. At Green Leaf Intelligence, Eric leads valuation methodology, capital strategy, and the financial foundation behind the platform.
